Our model is simple:

We provide the budget, advertiser relationships, sales support, operational infrastructure, strategy guidance, and consulting while you focus on media buying, campaign execution, optimization, scaling, and client communication.

Profit Share Structure

We operate on a transparent profit-share model based on agency fees, allowing media buyers to directly benefit from the growth and success of the accounts they manage.

From Our Side, We Provide:

• Advertising budgets & advertiser relationships
• Strategic consulting and native traffic expertise
• Access to Voluum tracking
• Access to our internal AI copywriting tools
• Existing operational infrastructure and workflows
• Support from our creative, tech, and strategy teams
• Flexibility and remote-first collaboration

Mandatory Requirement

This opportunity is intended for media buyers with proven experience running native advertising traffic.

Applicants must have hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:

• Taboola
• Outbrain
• MediaGo
• NewsBreak

Unfortunately, we are not currently looking for candidates who are new to native advertising or require training on these platforms.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This role is ideal for experienced freelance media buyers who:

• Already have hands-on native advertising experience
• Have experience managing campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, MediaGo, NewsBreak, or similar native traffic sources
• Want to focus on performance and scaling rather than client acquisition
• Prefer flexible, project-based collaboration
• Are comfortable working independently while staying closely aligned with the team
• Want direct upside through profit-share rather than fixed salary structures
